We met Colin in October for a Tour with my family. We are from the United States and this was our first trip to Scotland. Colin prepared the best tour of beautiful Scotland! Colin is a walking history book and my Father had the best time picking his brain on Scottish history! Colin has an obvious passion for the natural beauty of Scotland and he was more than happy to forego the usual “castles and kilts” to give us enough time to really experience Glen Coe the way we wanted. That took the form of a 3+ hour hike along the Lost Valley trail. Colin was an excellent guide, leading the way while seeming to delight in the experience as much as we did. He was friendly, funny, full of knowledge & history, a wonderful storyteller, and a fascinating person. It was obvious how much he loves this country. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him, and I’m so grateful that he helped us experience such a unique and incredible place in a way that truly does it justice.

Colin is a fantastic guide - he has an encyclopedic knowledge of his homeland, and is an engaging storyteller of Scottish myths and legends. Our tour group was varied in ages (teens to 60s) and nationalities (including Taiwanese, South African, American and British) and we all had a fab time - testament of Colin's personable professionalism.
